The Minority Teacher Incentive Program (MTIP) goal is to promote academic excellence along with encouraging students to set goals that will enable them to have a positive and productive future.  The program is open to ALL students in grades 5-12.  The 2006-2007 program strands include Career Development, Cultural Diversity, College Planning, Fine Arts Enrichment, Leadership Development and Math & Science Enrichment.
