Have you ever wondered how those famous singers get up in front all of those people and sing a beautiful song? Well, Emily did at the Celebration of Cultures and shes only in High School! Allycia Keys is one of the greatest singers of our times, in my opinion, and for a High Schooler to tackle one of her beautiful songs was AWESOME! Not only did she sing one of Allycia's songs, she also wrote a song discussing the war and how it effected all of us here in the United States. At the end of her performance she got a standing ovation! At the end of the day I'm sure she was very proud of her wonderful performance! Great job Emily! By: Kasey, Horace Mann Choice
