campus) in Illinois coordinates, communicates, and supports the efforts
of teaching children at the many certified sites in Illinois. The
trainer-of-teacher-leaders, Tina Lozano, is the director of Reading
Recovery in Illinois.
The university training center (UTC)
ensures that RRCNA standards and guidelines are followed. These
standards and guidelines support teachers, teacher-leaders, trainers,
and certifed sites for optimum levels of success and implementation
with Reading Recovery teaching.
